All Inclusive Rates: Our nightly rates are based on double occupancy and include “meet and greet” service at Nadi International Airport, guaranteed early morning check-in and late afternoon check-out (which amounts to 2 nights without charge), all meals and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic), unlimited use of the fully stocked mini bar, unlimited wireless Internet access, personal laundry service, two scuba tank dives per person per day (Monday through Saturday only), and unlimited use of all other sporting facilities and equipment including private beach picnics (Monday through Saturday only), golf, tennis, snorkeling, sea kayaking, Fitness Bure, and croquet.  Additional Charges: Items billed separately include domestic air transfers on Air Wakaya, our 2013 Cessna Grand Caravan EX, Spatreatments, Padi Certification (for scuba diving), all fishing excursions, purchases at The Wakaya Club ; Spa boutique, telephone/fax services and postage.

Air Wakaya:  Air Wakaya provides domestic air transfers arranged (as much as possible) according to your international flight arrival and departure schedules. Air Wakaya flies during daylight hours only, so please keep this in mind as you make travel arrangements. Flights on Air Wakaya are available between 6:30 am – 4:00 pm.  Air travel time between Nadi International Airport and Wakaya Island is 40 minutes each way. Round trip airfare from Nadi to Wakaya is $1100 plus tax per couple.  Air travel time between Nausori Airport (Suva) and Wakaya Island is 20 minutes each way. Round trip airfare from Nausori to Wakaya is $1100 plus tax per couple.  Air Wakaya offers a generous luggage allowance of 45kg or 95lbs per person. If needed, secure excess baggage storage facilities are available at NadiInternational Airport, should you wish to store excess baggage there.  

Note: All rates and policies are subject to change and may be confirmed with our Island Reservations Office at the time of booking. Length of Stay The Wakaya Club ; Spa does not have a minimum stay requirement, but we recommend a stay of at least five nights so that you may fully experience the resort and everything the island has to offer.

Children: Kindly note that The Wakaya Club & Spa is designed as an adult resort. All persons over 16 years of age are most welcome. Children under the age of 16 are welcome at Vale O (our Royal Suite, which is a short drive from The Wakaya Club ; Spa grounds) when staying with their parents or other family members. Please note that children under 16 years of age who are staying at Vale O would notbe permitted access to The Wakaya Club & Spa. The only exception to this policy is when a “total resort booking” occurs, which means that all of our accommodations for 28 guests are booked for a private affair or during specially designated family periods. In the case of a total resort booking, children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision at all times, for their own and their parents’ peace of mind. (We can provide nannies if you need additional help with children.)

Gratuities: The Wakaya Club & Spa staff is selected and trained to provide a very high level of customer service—many say the best in the world! While tipping is not customary in Fiji, we hope you will show your appreciation by contributing to the Wakaya Community Christmas Fund. You will find an envelope in your bure for this purpose, should you wish to contribute. This is a Fund distributed pro-rata twice annually to The Wakaya Club ; Spa staff.
