Located at 69 de Paseo de Gracia, next to Majestic Hotel & Spa, but in an independent building, Residence caters for the needs of all clients and offers all manner of facilities. Majestic Residence: 28 different apartments featuring between 80 and 170 square metres and one, two or four rooms to feel comfortable in a spacious and yet intimate atmosphere that has been decorated in warm colours.

The decoration, at once elegant and functional, is the trademark of these sophisticated high standing apartments. Majestic Residence offers a 24 hour service and all the necessary fittings and equipment for a perfect stay. The Mediterranean Room is a magnificent function room with unique capacity to accommodate all your guests. The room can be divided into six different smaller rooms that meet your specific needs. Recently refurbished, the Mediterranean Room is classically decorated with pale walls, marble on the floor, removable white walls with large windows allowing daylight filter and almost 3.25m high ceiling. The Mediterranean Room offers all the technological infrastructures concealed in the architectural structure of the room. The Mediterranean living room has the great advantage of being at street level, so that your guests will enjoy the spirit of Barcelona from the comfort of the room.

Besides the Mediterranean Room, Majestic Hotel & Spa has various spaces available to privatize for the organization of your event and make your event even more special and exclusive. One of the most fashion and glamorous spot in the Hotel is the Dolce Vitae terrace, located on the roof of the Hotel.
