The Best in Italy

We have approximately 90 villas and apartments in the Tuscany and Veneto regions of Italy and superb homes in Positano, Capri, Rome and Rapallo.  Many rentals available for as little as a 1 week period. All our homes come with staff and are fully furnished. Our country villas have swimming pools and several also include tennis courts and riding stables.  Minimum rental period is two weeks.  Shorter period can be requested in late Fall, Winter or Early Spring.  During July and August, owners prefer to rent for 3 to 4 weeks.  Prices usually include the cost of staff and utilities and exclude food, beverages, telephone, heating and staff meals.  Reservations require 50% deposit with balance due prior to arrival.  Security deposit is also requested which is refunded at the end of the stay.  Personal welcome given to guests on arrival and we are available for assistance during their stay.  We can also organize local excursions, luxury tours, special events and business conferences.
