Located in Central China, Hubie means “North of the Lake”. The Capital City is Wuhan and is also the biggest city in Hubie Province.
The world renowned Three Gorges are in the Yangtze River is located in Yichang and are the most popular natural attraction in Hubei Province, if not all of China. The Three Gorges Dam is also reached from the City of Yichang.
In the mountains west of Hubei are many tourism destinations with Muyu being the gateway to the Shennongjia National Park. Nearer to Wuhan is Mount Jiugong National Park.
