8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill is a live action bar and grill specializing in local, natural and organic dishes featuring Colorado’s best microbrews, wines and spirits. The grill is the showpiece of the open kitchen, capturing smoke infused flavors befitting the Colorado Mountains.  The fresh produce and ingredients are hand-selected from Colorado farms and other natural purveyors in the country andarrive fresh daily.  8100 features a menu that changes according to seasonality and availability of only the freshest ingredients.  The bar menu offers small plates for sharing. Organic wines and offerings from local wineries are featured, along with a selection of Colorado microbrews. Enjoy outdoor dining and gathering areas around cozy firepits overlooking stunning vistas of the Rocky Mountains. Chef’stable, wine room and semi-private dining facilities are available.

Anxious to get out there and explore all the exciting activities Beaver Creek offers? The Cafe is the spot to visit before heading out for another adventure filled day. Grab a freshly brewed coffee or cappuccino and delicious pastry to get your adrenaline going on the way to the slopes. Pack a basket filled with gourmet sandwiches, salads and your favorite treats for a picnic break while hiking, biking, rafting or sightseeing. Conveniently located off the lobby, the Cafe features a complete salad bar, deli counter and shelves packed with a tempting assortment of goodies for guests on the go.  At the end of each day, guests can enjoy complimentary s’mores happy hour held from 4- 5 p.m. at the fire pit. Guests can indulge in a choice of milk or dark chocolate, paired with graham crackers and one of the chef’s handmade marshmallows in a variety of flavors including vanilla, crème de menthe, Grand Marnier, M&M and toffee.  Or you can ski over to McCoy’s for a hearty breakfast before a day on the slopes, stop mid-day for a satisfying lunch of homemade soup and a sandwich or drop in apres ski for a “hot toddy” and some live entertainment. Our casual Vail Colorado restaurant offers a delicious option for the winter sports lover on the go. McCoy’s is located at the base of Centennial Lift.  Another option is to sink into the enveloping comfort of our oversized furniture for the best place to see and be seen, Antler Hall. A favorite of locals and guests alike, our Vail bar serves up a variety of beverages, from refreshing cocktails – perfect for a summer evening – to drinks created to warm you apres ski.  Enjoy stunning views of Beaver Creek Mountain through the expansive floor to ceiling picture windows that invite natural light into our welcoming lobby lounge.
