Villa San Michele

Formerly a 15th Century Franciscan Monastery, Belmond Villa San Michele is surrounded by its own gardens and woodland with magnificent views over Florence and the Arno Valley. The 45 guestrooms, including 25 junior suites and suites are peaceful and elegantly decorated, located in the monastery building or nestled amid the beautiful terraced gardens. The Renaissance splendour of Florence is a mere 10 minutes away with the courtesy shuttle. No renovation plans are scheduled to take place during the hotel’s opening period. As every year, the hotel will undergo renovations, light refurbishments and further improvements to its facilities during the closure period in the winter.
