Stay at boutique-style camps and lodges on this safari journey into three phenomenal game areas – the Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park – and Victoria Falls. Day 1: Arrive Johannesburg, South Africa
Arrive in Johannesburg and transfer to your hotel. Later, attend an A&K Chef,™s Table welcome, where the restaurant,™s executive chef shares an elegant, progressive and locally-sourced dinner paired with wines. You are joined by a professional photographer who offers tips for the days ahead.

Day 2: Okavango Delta | Africa’s Big Five
After breakfast, fly to Maun where you are met by your local A&K Botswana Tour Director and transferred by light aircraft to a 260,000-acre private concession in the Okavango Delta, the largest inland delta in the world. Your classic-style tented camp awaits beneath a canopy of ebony and sausage trees at the southern section of the reserve. Your afternoon is at leisure to begin enjoying game viewing with a choice of activities, such as a year-round mokoro (dugout canoe) ride on the delta waterways or a nighttime game viewing drive, made possible on this private concession.

Day 3: Okavango Delta | Living With Elephants
After breakfast, continue with your choice of game viewing activities. Set off on a thrilling, guided game drive in a customized, open-sided 4×4 vehicle with individual seating, or a bush walk that allows you to explore on foot and in the company of an armed, expert guide. Your private concession sprawls across an unspoiled landscape and you encounter more big game viewing opportunities; be on the lookout for giraffes, hippos, lions, leopards and cheetahs. Afterward, enjoy a picnic under the shade of a sausage tree, with the elephants nearby.

During your stay, you may participate in a unique interaction and educational experience with a group of semi-habituated elephants at an A&K Philanthropy-sponsored project. You are invited to explore the elephants up close, from their powerful trunks and their big ears to their skin and the ends of their bristled tails.

Day 4: Moremi Game Reserve | Sanctuary Chief,™s Camp
Fly across the Okavango Delta to Sanctuary Chief,™s Camp, set deep in the Mombo Concession of the Moremi Game Reserve. Widely acknowledged as the predator capital of the world,, Moremi offers some of the most exciting game viewing in all of Africa and is one of the best places in Botswana to see the country,™s Big Five, the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and Cape buffalo. This is primarily because the lush delta draws a fantastic concentration of wildlife, including the delta,™s largest buffalo populations at times in excess of 2,000. You stay at one of the best camps in Botswana, Condé Nast Gold List accommodations comprised of 12 secluded and luxurious bush pavilions overlooking the floodplain. Continue on your quest to discover Africa,™s magnificent creatures. Predators include cheetahs, painted wild dogs, spotted hyenas and, at the very top of the food chain, a large resident pride of lions. The nocturnal leopard is also found here as well as both white and black rhinos; the latter is among Africa,™s fastest-disappearing species. This afternoon, take advantage of a number of game viewing activities or choose to relax and soak in the views from your own private viewing deck.

Day 5: Moremi Game Reserve | Remarkable Game Drives
Depart for an early-morning game drive activity. As you have discovered by now, game viewing in the Okavango Delta is nothing short of spectacular. Beyond predators, the seasonal delta draws large concentrations of elephants, buffalo, red lechwes, giraffes and impalas. Enjoy a seasonal mokoro (dugout canoe) ride for a rare safari opportunity across marshlands teeming with predators and prey; you may see crocodiles and bathing hippos as well as ostrich, antelope, wildebeests and kudo at the shores for a drink. If you opt for a late-afternoon game drive, listen for roaring lions or glimpse small nocturnal animals as they begin their nighttime activity. Later, after a full day of game viewing, return to your camp to relax, dine and enjoy its facilities. Tonight, attend an optional star-gazing presentation.

Day 6: Chobe National Park | Magnificent Watering Hole
After breakfast, fly northeast to Chobe National Park, passing over forests, floodplains and marshlands en route. Your exquisite lodge sits above the Chobe River, with expansive views across the islands and landscape as far as Namibia. You may glimpse Chobe elephants from spectacular outdoor viewing patios; the park is home to one of the largest concentrations in Africa, reaching a staggering 120,000. Unwind with a dip in the split-level swimming pool, book a Vichy shower treatment at the spa or grab a book from the library.

Day 7: Chobe National Park | Photographic Safari Cruise
Set out on a game drive at sunrise, while the animals are out and about hunting for food. You may see lions, hippos, crocodiles, warthogs and possibly a colony of carmine bee eaters. In between safari activities, enjoy a Chef,™s Table experience and the opportunity to prepare and eat traditional local fare alongside the resident chef. Later, embark on a photographic safari cruise aboard a boat with 360-degree swivel seats on both the upper and lower decks.

Day 8: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe | Victoria Falls
This morning, depart your lodge and drive across the Zimbabwe border to visit awe-inspiring Victoria Falls, its roar yielding up to 120 million gallons of water per minute. Imagine what David Livingstone, the first known European to see the falls, must have thought when he set eyes upon the thundering, crashing waters. Continue to your accommodations at Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma in Zambia, where you stay in a luxury tree house, built into the living canopy that lines the bank. An on-site spa provides revitalizing treatments, while an elevated lounge offers a place to unwind. As twilight sets in, take a sunset cruise, savoring Africa,™s beauty while sipping traditional cocktails.

Day 9: Livingstone, Zambia | Victoria Falls & Village Visit
Begin the day with a guided walking tour of Victoria Falls from the Zambian side a different perspective on the timeless, ever-impressive natural wonder. Gaze at the mighty Zambezi as it flows, broad and placid, to the edge of a 1.2-mile-wide basalt lip, where it takes a headlong plunge into the frothy chasm of the gorge.

You also may choose to visit a local Nakatindi village and provide support for the community,™s school and clinic, both operating with assistance from A&K Philanthropy.

Day 10: Depart Johannesburg
