Executive Chef Andrew Cooper leads the culinary team at the resort.  With more than 20 years of experience around the globe, Chef Cooper’s diverse resume includes a wealth of culinary expertise in a variety of cuisine styles.  A graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, Cooper brings more than 12 years of Four Seasons experience to his role as Executive Chef at Four Seasons ResortRancho Encantado.  Cooper’s more recent appointment was Executive Sous-Chef at the Hualalai property.  Prior to that, he was the opening Senior Sous-Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, in Southern California.  He also served as Sous-Chef at Four Seasons Hotel New York.
