Accommodations
Located in 3 dsitinct areas, One&Only Hayman Island offers elegant resort living in 160 beautifully appointed Rooms, Suites, Penthouses, Beach Villas and a Beach House. Designed to take advantage of the magnificent resort surrounds, all One&Only Hayman Island accommodation features private terraces or balconies.
One&Only Hayman Wing
Located on the tranquil eastern side of the resort, all rooms and suites in the One&Only Hayman Wing will be newly refurbished with a chic sophistication. Generously spacious and set within a lush landscape, accommodations feature either an ocean view or overlook the serene lily lagoon — all within steps of the One&Only Hayman Beach and the Coral Sea.
One&Only Pool Wing
Overlooking the iconic pool with breathtaking views of the Coral Sea, the One&Only Pool Wing offers all-suite accommodation in one-bedroom or two-bedroom configuration. All suites provide separate living and dining areas plus spacious decks for relaxing. The pool-level 1-Bedroom Direct Pool Access Suites also offer direct swim-out access to the main resort pool.
One&Only Beach Wing
The accommodation features a collection of Kerry Hill-designed Beach Villas, with Retreat Rooms that can be combined to provide a second room for families. These Villas have the perfect setting, over-looking the serene shoreline with a private pool and stunning amenities. A private Beach House is also available for those seeking ultimate privacy, with pool and secluded outdoor area.
One&Only Hayman Island Penthouses
Located on the top floor of the One&Only Hayman Wing, these one, two and three-bedroom Penthouses are breathtaking, including one designed by the world-acclaimed fashion designer, Diane von Furstenberg. All Penthouses have stunning amenities with the ultimate in personalised service and feature sweeping views of Hayman Beach, the Coral Sea and the Whitsundays.

Restaurants and bars have rare character, with imaginative cuisines and fantastic vintages from the region and around the world. From elegant and intimate to chic and casual, world-class chefs create the perfect ambiance with mouth-watering flavours.
Leisure and Activities
Offering direct access to the Great Barrier Reef and world-famous Whitehaven Beach, excursions include helicopter and seaplane tours, diving, snorkelling and fishing adventures. Guests can also enjoy escapades to nearby islands and a variety of water sports including waterskiing, kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing and paddle skiing.
One&Only Hayman Island offers guests an extensive variety of physical challenges, complete mental relaxation and total body rejuvenation. We feature a state-of-the-art Gymnasium with the latest in workout equipment, five tennis courts, basketball courts, squash courts and much more. Participate in our fitness activities and programs, including group work-out sessions and personal training. Themain gymnasium, however, remains the 726 acres of One&Only Hayman Island with its beaches, hiking and cardio trails, and the limitless surrounding reef waters in the Great Barrier Reef.
KidsOnly provides children with the opportunity to explore a private island paradise. Activities include fun reef ranger outings, fish feeding, beach games, tennis, evening nature walks and even Wallaby spotting tours.
Spa
Whether this is your first-time spa experience or you are an enthusiast, guests of One&Only Spa experience much more than pampering services. We have an extensive menu of traditional favourites and array of treatments that indulge the senses.
One&Only Spa is designed to serve as a wellness-oriented oasis with luxurious features such as surprise add-ons to beauty procedures and meticulously customised treatments. In addition to spa services, guests can consult with our wellness experts, who perform an extensive holistic analysis on each individual designed to restore and rejuvenate.

PLEASE NOTE:
On Tuesday 1st July 2014, we commenced welcoming guests to One&Only Hayman Island and we are very grateful for all the support that you have provided during our period of closure whilst we undertook major works.
As you are aware, the resort transformation has been significant and features beautiful upgrades to the iconic Hayman Pool, the introduction of breathtaking all-new Pool Suites and Hayman Wing Rooms and Suites; new restaurant concepts throughout; stunning new lobby and public areas, a new bar, new hair and beauty salon, new gymnasium and many other changes.
The one area which is still being completed is the new family restaurant and pool, Aquazure, and we have been advised that works in this area are likely to continue for a few more weeks until approximately the end of September.
Please be assured that the resort management continues to do all that is possible to minimize any impact to clients whilst these works are being completed.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax. One&Only Hayman Island accepts cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards including American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard and JCB.
One&Only Hayman Island applies a 3% surcharge for American Express & Diners cards and 1.5% for all other accepted cards. From 1 April 2015, One&Only Hayman Island will apply a 3% surcharge for American Express & Diners cards and 1.7% for all other accepted cards. EFTPOS facilities are available however daily limits may apply as per your nominated financial institution. If paying by credit card you may be asked to provide an identification number called a CVV, CSC or a CID. One&Only Hayman Island does not accept personal or business cheques unless approved prior to arrival.

Special rates and cancellation and payment conditions apply during the Festive period. Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival during Festive Season will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of accommodation. No cancellation fees will apply for individual bookings if cancellation is received in writing 61 days prior to arrival however the initial one-night deposit will be charged and invoiced.
