Northeast Brazil

The Northeast region of Brazil accounts for thirty percent of the total population, and about a fifth of the land mass. It is also home to many of the most sensational and tropical beaches in the country, as well as gorgeous natural surroundings.

With warm, sunny, tropical shorelines, Northeast Brazil is beach heaven. Each of the nine states in the region border the Atlantic Ocean. Since many of the states aren’t as popular as those in the south of Brazil, besides perhaps Bahia, most beaches in Northeastern Brazil remain quiet and uncrowded. You are sure to find the perfect spot to relax and listen to the waves.

There are also several amazing cities in Northeast Brazil that are centered around tourism. Natal is a very popular vacation destination that is located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. This rapidly growing tourist city features a variety of fantastic beaches, as well as top-notch hotels and resorts.

The most populated city in the northeast region is Salvador, which offers endless possibilities for fun and excitement. You will find that all of these cities are home to traditional cuisine and a unique, local shopping experience.

With warm weather, beautiful beaches, stunning cities, and high-quality hotels, what else could you ask for in a vacation destination? Life is good in Northeastern Brazil.
