Dine indoors in the casual mountain setting or après ski in the Colorado mountain sun on the covered or sunny outdoor patios.   Cucina Rustica offers a traditional skiers breakfast menu and apres cocktails/appetizer menu by their new outdoor fire pit.    Sporting facilities include skiing in winter (downhill, off-piste and cross-country), snowmobiling, ice skating in the village, swimming (year round heated outdoor pools), golf (3 courses within 5 miles of the hotel), tennis, horse riding, fishing, hiking, white water rafting, mountain biking and jeep rides.  

The new RockResorts Spa® at The Lodge at Vail offers a spa experience of unmatched luxury, comfort, and versatility. Guests of this exquisite Vail resort spa will delight in the intimacy and elegance of the spa’s warm color scheme, soothing textures, and stylish stone and wood accents. The complete spa experience guests enjoy includes relaxation and spa treatment in the 7,500-square-foot spa facility, as well as use of a 3,500 square-foot fitness complex.

The RockResorts Spa® features a luxurious couples’ room with a fireside soaking tub for two, a wet treatment room, two facial rooms, and seven massage rooms. Men and women can relax in separate locker rooms with steam rooms, saunas, and whirl pools, as well as a separate women’s relaxation lounge and a large co-ed relaxation lounge. The Spa’s fitness complex includes a fitness center with state-of-the-art Life Fitness™ equipment and a movement studio for stretching or yoga and Pilates practice.

Please Note: Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room for each night of your stay will automatically be added to your bill. 100% of your contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation. For every dollarcontributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest $1.50 in on-the-ground conservation. If you do not wish to make this contribution, simply let the front desk staff know and it will be removed from your bill immediately.

Parking: There is a daily parking fee of $20 in the summer and $25 in the winter.

Tax Information: There is a 9.8% lodging, state, and local tax applicable to every room charge.

Children Policy: Children under 12 years of age stay free with adults when using existing bedding. Children 12 years of age and older, however, will incur charges over double occupancy in guest rooms. This is a $25 extra charge per night per child. The maximum amount of adults in one room is two. The Lodge at Vail concierge can arrange babysitting services and assist guests with activities geared toward children.

Pet Policy: The Lodge at Vail allows pets in limited guest rooms and private residences.

Smoking Policy:  Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel at any time.
