Thanks to the extension, the Hôtel Majestic Barrière now boasts 349 rooms including 84 suites. All existing rooms and suites have also been completely refurbished. Just like its counterpart on the Champs Elysées, Fouquet’s in Cannes cultivates the grand French brasserie traditions: fried veal liver, mustard onions or Simon Duvall’s chitterling sausages. La Petite Maison de Nicole offers the same Nice and Mediterranean specialties as the main Petite Maison de Nicole restaurant in Nice. Enjoy light squash flower fritters, delicious little stuffed vegetables, Brittany artichokes, scrambled truffles, local rock mullets gudgeons, Mediterranean lobster or calamaretti fritti. The Bar Galerie du Fouquet’s Cannes has been completely redecorated and gives off an urban aspect in keeping with the elegance of the Hôtel Majestic Barrière. B.Sud – Located on a white sand beach with a casual-chic ambience, our Chef offers Southern cuisine adapted to suit all tastes at lunchtime. A wide range of Mediterranean produce is on offer, from antipasti to large dishes, without forgetting a host of delicacies. A thousand and one flavors from the sea and the south. The restaurant is laid out so that customers can have lunch inside or outside. A special children’s menu is also available.
