Surely, unrivaled and remarkable is ‘Rüffer’s Chef’s Table’ where guests can look directly over the shoulder of the 2 Michelin starred chef and his crew while savoring their creations.

However, far more happened last year: The Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten has opened an unique and exciting event location behind the scenes of the hotel! All kitchens have been renovated in a style that is lovingly maintained down to the smallest detail and designed according to different themes. While the kitchens were renovated mirroring the design of the respective restaurant, the butchery uniquely reminds one of a cozy hunting lodge and the patisserie of a picturesque impression of Versailles palace. These event locations open up completely new options giving your creativity unlimited opportunities.

The year 2014 will also be characterized by further exciting developments: beside the enlargement of the Spa area, the Fitness Club will offer the newest state-of-the-art fitness equipment of Technogym as one of the first hotels in Europe which completes the innovative service portfolio of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. All 156 luxury rooms and suites are currently being fully renovated and will shine in a modern-classic interior combined with precious, antique accessories.
