Hotel Asia Jammu Tawi, Jammu came into operation in the year 1976 owned by M/S. Soni Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Later on it was taken over by M/S. Trans Asia Hotels Pvt. Ltd. To boost the business and to promote the Hotel they had franchise with Welcome Group. The hotel was with the Welcome Group from the year 1980 till 1983. After gaining name and fame in this part of region the Hotel was classified as 1st 4 Star Hotel in Jammu by Ministry of Tourism , Government of India. The Hotel has maintained its name and fame. To uplift the standards of the services and to compete in the Market, the entire Hotel has been renovated.

The Rooms are fitted with ultra modern Furniture, wooden flooring, LCD, Mini Fridges, safe deposit lockers. Bathrooms too have been modified and renovated keeping in view the present demand of the Traveller and the amenities kept in the Rooms are of high quality standards. Apart from it we have renovated all our Banquet Halls, Swimming Pool, SPA and the Health Club is fitted with ultra modern equipments.

Accommodation

Believe us, it’s better than staying at home. With our 44 centrally air conditioned rooms, running hot and cold water, telephone, excellent room service that offers you a choice between Continental, American or Indian breakfast, 24-hour food and beverage services, it can’t get any better. We also have satellite TV, doctor on call, secretarial services, an in-house laundry and dry-cleaning services, safe deposit lockers and a money exchange counter.

Dining

Yangtse- The Chinese Restaurant – The name “Yangtse’” is derived from the Famous River of China , The only “ Specialist Restaurant” served Chinese and oriental cuisine in the City since year 1999. The Restaurant’s Ambiance and décor is beautiful, one can see the Pleasant view of hotel’s Pool Side while dining here. Yangtse’ a 60 cover restaurant served Chinese and Oriental cuisine.

Pavilion- The Restaurant – The expertise of the master chefs will delight you at the multi cuisine ‘PAVILION’ with a live band to strike just the right note. The restaurant has for you the best in Indian, Kashmiri, Chinese and Continental cuisine. Begin your meals with our `Thandai’ – an almond milk drink, graduate to `Noorjahani Shorba’ and keep going. Check out `Paneer Sultani’, `Peshawari Gosht’ and a whole lot of other delectable dishes.

Reputations – The 24 hour coffee shop ‘REPUTATIONS‘ on the lobby level has an appetizing menu featuring exotic dishes.

Tavern- The Bar – The bar serves all kinds of international and domestic beverages and a multitude of exotic cocktails and punches.

For small gathering and exclusive corporate meetings there is the cozy atmosphere of ‘CRYSTAL ROOM‘. If you have a banquet of 500 in mind the ‘REGAL HALL‘ will open its door to a new style of celebration and further if you have a medium gathering upto 200 persons then ‘POOL PLAZA‘ near the swimming pool is just the right choice to add colour to your party.
