In London, view its many landmarks, shop Borough Market and tour Windsor Castle. In Paris, take in its famous sights, walk Montmartre, visit Monet’s gardens at Giverny and tour magnificent Versailles. Day 1: ARRIVE IN LONDON, ENGLAND
On arrival you are met by your Guardian Angel and transferred to your hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure. This evening, join your Tour Director for a welcome cocktail followed by dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Day 2: LONDON / Crown Jewels and Classic Sights
Visit the Tower of London, which houses England,™s Crown Jewels and observe the Yeoman Warders, better known as Beefeaters, iconic symbols of this storied landmark. Then make a Market Connection on a walk to vibrant Borough Market to choose a local favorite snack for lunch. Continue to Westminster, passing through Trafalgar Square. Head down Whitehall, past Downing Street, to the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey, site of the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Return to your hotel via Buckingham Palace.

Day 3: WINDSOR CASTLE / Home to Royalty
Drive to Windsor Castle to tour the opulent State Apartments and St. George,™s Chapel. See Queen Mary,™s Dolls House, perfect in every detail, down to the electric lighting and running water. Afterward, see Eton College, once attended by Princes William and Harry. Return to London for an afternoon at leisure. This evening, enjoy a traditional English fish and chips supper.

Day 4: PARIS, FRANCE / Romantic City of Light
Board the Eurostar high-speed train to Paris. On arrival, enjoy an orientation tour of the City of Light, which includes famous Parisian sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées and majestic Notre Dame Cathedral. Tonight, savor a wine tasting in a stunning 17th-century cellar vault, followed by dinner.

Day 5: PARIS / Marvelous Montmartre
Explore the district of Montmartre, Bohemian enclave of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, to discover its many charms. Pass along its winding back streets, encountering portrait artists in the Place du Tertre, immersed in the sights and sounds. Walk up to the stunning, white-domed Sacré-Coeur Basilica for spectacular views of the city. Other Montmartre landmarks include the Moulin Rouge, immortalized by painter Toulouse- Lautrec, and the Place des Abbesses, a hub of the fashion world.

Day 6: GIVERNY & VERSAILLES / Monet & the Sun King
Today, travel to Normandy to visit the house and gardens in Giverny that inspired many of Claude Monet,™s Impressionist masterpieces. In the gardens here, which the artist designed himself, see the famous Japanese bridge and water lily pond. Return to Paris, stopping en route in Versailles to tour the magnificent 17th-century palace built for Louis XIV, the Sun King. Visit its opulent State Apartments that culminate in the spectacular Hall of Mirrors, before returning to Paris.

Day 7: PARIS / A Local Connection
Join a resident Parisian who guides you on a food walk of the charming market in her neighborhood, and introduces you to local vendors, on an easy-going Neighborhood Connection. Continue to the Louvre for a highlights visit that includes the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo. Tonight, rendezvous with your Tour Director for a sumptuous Culinary Connection, your farewell dinner at the oldest restaurant in Paris.

Day 8: DEPART PARIS
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and depart.
