In the Acanto restaurant with veranda, the clients can enjoy a unique experience in the centre of Milan tasting the talents of our Executive Chef in a splendid garden.
Lighting is natural: sunlight during the day and a starlit roof at night. Fabrizio Cadei is the Executive Chef of the Acanto restaurant. His primary culinary inspiration for the menu derives from the regional tradition of Lombardy, to which he merges flavours from the Mediterranean to create delicate dishes infused with a world of flavours. With Fabrizio Cadei the show-kitchen of Acanto is the point of reference in Milan for international gourmets.
The Principe Bar is a vibrant and exciting place. Precious Italian fabrics and hand made velvet, mirrors and glasses.
Behind the bar, which can welcome about 80 people, a mirrored wall playing with glass and light will embellish the room, making it as precious as a piece of art.
The lobby lounge Il Salotto is a perfect space to enjoy an aperitif, surrounded by rich furniture and sofas, expressions of the made in Italy production. Precious and classic paintings and splendid Murano glass chandelier, which enlighten the ambiance, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere have been placed to render the ambiance more elegant and spectacular.
