Day 1 – Arrive Munich:
Arrive in Munich, with optional private transfers to your hotel from either Franz Joseph Strauss international airport or from the Hauptbahnhof (central rail station). Your hotel’s location is convenient to the Oktoberfest grounds at the Theresienwiese, and wait until you see the hotel,™s hot and cold breakfast buffet, one of the finest in Europe. About entrance into the Oktoberfest grounds:
Entrance to the Oktoberfest grounds at the Theresienwiese is FREE.

However, you must have a seat to be served beer
The good news is that many of the tents have seats available on a “first come – first served” basis
Therefore, arrival before 2:30 p.m. is recommended

Days 2 – Munich:
You have today free to explore Munich starting with your included hop-on, hop off tour, of Munich before entering the Oktoberfest grounds. (Breakfast & accommodation, Munich) Munich City Sightseeing – Circle Line Tour Arrive on your own across the street from the Haupbahnhof (Central Rail Station) to check in for your tour between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. Double decker buses depart every thirty minutes during summer months (hourly September – April). Best of all, you can leave or rejoin the tour at these major stops: The Haupbahnhof, Karlsplatz, Marienplatz, Opera, and Odeonsplatz. (Redeem your voucher on the bus at any stop.)

Days 3 – Munich:
After breakfast you may want to consider an optional tour before your evening of fun, bratwurst, beer and singing (chicken dance, any one?) (Breakfast & accommodation, Munich)

Optional Munich tours and excursions:

-Berchtesgarden and Eagles Nest Tour (Tuesdays and Fridays)
