The Experience
Harking back to the days of the Hawaii Calls radio program, which was broadcast from the Moana Surfrider for 40 years, the hotel hosts a concert in the open-air Banyan Court every second Thursday of each month. Featured artists include Holunape, Pali, Makana, Marlene Sai – one of Hawaii’s most well-known entertainers, and Raiatea Helm – the 18-year-old singing sensation. There is no admission charge; appetizers and cocktails will be available for purchase. Or, reservations can be made for a sunset dinner on the Banyan Veranda overlooking the courtyard. Further details can be obtained at check-in.
