Rydges Perth is located on the corner of King and Hay Streets adjacent to Perth’s West End, just a short walk to numerous boutique shops, theatres and trendy restaurants. Closer to home, the CBD Restaurant & Bar serves up fresh cuisine, regional wine and is a favourite with guests and locals alike.

Guests at Rydges Perth will experience comfortable modern rooms with luxurious bedding, (including our fabulous Rydges Dream beds), work desk areas, LCD Televisions, high-speed internet access and large picture windows overlooking Perth’s city skyline. Club Floor rooms also include evening drinks & canapés and buffet breakfast in the CBD Restaurant

Self Parking is not available, however valet car parking is available for vehicles less than 1.95m in height. Valet parking is charged at $38.00 per day. Guests arriving at the front of the hotel are requested to ensure they leave their keys with a hotel porter prior to checking in to the Hotel.

For vehicles greater than 1.95m in height, we regret to advise that Rydges is unable to offer valet parking. There is a public Wilson Car Park located at 378 Murray Street that can take oversized vehicles for a charge.

In addition to quality accommodation, Rydges Perth features six purpose-built conference spaces and can accommodate up to 250 in a theatre style setting or up to 200 for a banquet. Professional sales coordinators and a flexible banquet menu ensure a memorable event.

We are pleased to offer high speed cabled & wireless internet access to all guest rooms with fees payable. Wireless access is also available on Lobby and first floors.

Rydges Perth is centrally located near a wide variety of attractions including: Kings Park, His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, Hay & Murray St Malls and the Swan River.
