You are welcomed to Italy by your local Guardian Angel and taken to your private motorboat for the ride to your hotel. The remainder of your day is at leisure.

Day 2: Venice
Set out on a walking tour with your local guide to visit some of the city,™s most famous landmarks. One of the finest examples of Byzantine architecture in Venice, St. Mark,™s Basilica was once the Doge,™s chapel. It is also a mausoleum for St. Mark, the patron saint of Venice, who was martyred by the Turks in Alexandria, Egypt. Walk around café-lined St. Mark,™s Square, once declared by Napoleon to be the world,™s greatest drawing room., Continue to the Doge,™s Palace, the former seat of government. Lavish frescoes, graceful staircases and gilded stuccowork reveal the glory and opulence of this period. Conclude your sightseeing at the Bridge of Sighs that connects the old prisons to the interrogation rooms in the Doge’s Palace. Famous inmate Casanova made a dramatic escape across the rooftop in 1756. The afternoon is at leisure to wander through one of Venice,™s fine museums, browse the shops or stroll through a quiet piazza and absorb the softer everyday charms of Venice.

Day 3: Lagoon Islands: Murano & Burano
Embark on a private motorboat excursion to the Lagoon Islands. Burano is a quaint and colorful fishing island that is famous for its lace-making traditions and charming architecture. Murano is known for its unique glassworks that are made using 700-year-old traditional glass-blowing methods. The remainder of your day is at leisure.
